Website order payments to Gadd&Co are made using a service provided by PayPal. Gadd&Co do not hold any personal financial information about our customers.

We will try to ensure that the Gadd & Co website is available 100% of the time for our customers. However, we shall not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time and for any period irrespective of the reason.

You may download and print extracts from this website for your personal, non-commercial use. Any use of extracts of this website for any other purpose is prohibited.

Placing an Order
Gadd & Co cannot accept your order until payment is received in full for all products and any delivery charges.
Your order represents an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that the product is part of an order and we cannot contact you we will send the rest of the order to you. A refund will be given for any product not available where you have already paid for it.
Delivery & Charges (UK Only)
Orders up to £50 = £7.50
Orders between £51 - £175 = £15.00
Orders between £176 - £325 = £22.50
Orders over £326 = £30.00
All offshore and international orders, please contact our sales office with your order requirements for delivery charge details.
All orders will be delivered to a single address in approximately 7 days. We are unable to specify a time of delivery.
Gadd & Co use a third party delivery service. While we endeavor to dispatch orders within two weeks, Gadd & Co shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver within this time period caused by the third party agency.
If no one is available to take the delivery Gadd & Co may need to make an additional handling charge for redelivery. Should no one be available to take the redelivery, we may cancel the order and refund your money excluding any delivery charges.
Larger or heavier items may be limited to ground floor delivery at the stated address.
Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Returns and Refunds
We are sure that you will be happy with your order, but in the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund upon receipt of the returned product with proof of purchase and details of the fault or damage. Notification of any defect must be made within 5 days of the product being delivered to you.
If you want to return a product for any other reason, we promise to give you a refund, excluding any delivery charges, on the condition that the product(s) is returned, in its original condition, unused and in unopened packaging within 14 days of the date it is delivered to you.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products, for any reason, prior to agreeing to any part or full refund or any exchange.
Refunds will be made within 30 days
